This product is a very well-built joystick. Many materials are made of metal instead of flimsy plastic, and finish quality is very good. I am using the rudder pedals on hardwood floors and have had no issues with slippage. I would have given this product 5 stars, but the programming for the buttons is overly complicated and relies more on trial and error than just setting your preferences and playing your game. I am currently using this to play MS Flight Sim X, with the intent to practice online radio chatter for my private license. I would consider myself very well versed in computer software and hardware, having built many computers and familiar with a lot of different genres of software and games. Programming the controller took just over an hour and is still a bit touchy. Otherwise, this product is great.

This is great! This is my first set-up with rudder controls, so it's made re-learning flight basics a priority. But this makes you really ramp-up your game. I'm playing IL-2 and it's made the game anew. It's very different when you don't have to focus strictly on controller/keyboard combo as much. One complaint is that Logitech didn't make a profile for this sim, so we're left to a lot of HOTAS programming.

came with a factory defect and spent the 30 days of test at Amazon and Logitech contact me and ask me to validate the warranty sent Amazon an invoice in the box that contains a number of bar and as I have no box I can not claim my warranty, I feel ripped off on a technicality of both companies.

Lo compre desde Argentina, y vino con un desperfecto de fabrica, ya paso los 30 días de reclamo en Amazon y me contacte con Logitech y para validar la garantía me piden una factura que envía Amazon en la caja que contiene un numero de barra y como no tengo la caja no puedo reclamar mi garantía, me siento timado por un tecnicismo de ambas empresas.
